A house that can be built with basic hand power/non-power tools (saw, drill, ladder, trowel and saw horses) for approximately 10,000Euro (circa 2019) Resolving the challenge of the roof, which usually is the most time/resource intensive part of a house, by using a modified a yurt roof design. Square plan layout with cosy nooks for sitting, sleeping and storage.
